Long before the coronavirus pandemic most Americans, as well as most of Hollywood, were repulsed by Donald Trump’s ignorance, racism, buffoonery and incompetence.

Among the general population only white evangelicals are enamored with their false messiah who is the antithesis of family values and the teachings of Jesus Christ. In Hollywood the stable genius is universally reviled, only has-beens the likes of Dean Cain, Jon Voight and Roseanne Barr are enthralled by the populist con man.

You can now add Kirstie Alley’s name to the short list of Hollywood stars who publicly defend Trump. Yes, Alley is still alive, she still hasn’t fallen victim to a stroke or a heart attack due to her morbid obesity.

Alley’s tweet reveals that she can’t distinguish real life from fantasy, the man that she describes in her tweet is a movie version of a handsome, eloquent and intelligent president who saves America from an alien invasion, it bears no resemblance to the orange baboon who is leading American to ruin and damnation.

Alley’s pro-Trump tweet shouldn’t surprise anyone, after all she’s a Scientologist who worships at the altar of L Ron Hubbard.

CNN and MSNBC Should Stop Televising Trump’s Daily Coronavirus Press Conference

If Bozo the Clown pontificated on the coronavirus pandemic his nonsense wouldn’t be dismissed out-of-hand if he was standing behind a lectern bearing the presidential seal.

By any measure, by any standard, Donald Trump is a blithering idiot who knows next to nothing about science or medicine, nevertheless when he speaks during his daily coronavirus briefing, he commands our attention by virtue of his office.

Since he is unable to hold any MAGA rallies in the age of the coronavirus, Trump is using his daily press conference to energize his base. He touts misinformation about drugs not approved by the FDA, offers inaccurate and overly optimistic assessments of the progress of testing and vaccine research, and generally does what he excels at, lying like a dog.

I tune out the stable genius whenever he speaks on any subject, but unfortunately his rosy outlook on the coronavirus pandemic encourages people, mainly his base, to be less careful with their personal hygiene and social distancing.

It’s time for CNN and MSNBC to stop airing his daily news conference, it does more harm than good to provide a master of propaganda with free air time. Fox News, the Trump’s administration propaganda arm, should be the only news outlet airing his deceitful rhetoric.

Trump After Hearing of Romney’s Isolation Due to Coronavirus Exposure: ‘Gee, That’s Too Bad’

Ideally In the age of the coronavirus all politicians put aside their differences and work in concert to defeat the virus that attacks all of us indiscriminately. We have seen the Democratic governors of New York and California step up to the plate and work in close coordination with President Donald Trump.

Utah Senator Mitt Romney announced on Sunday that he would self-quarantine after fellow Senator Rand Paul announced he had tested positive for COVID-19. There is no love lost between Romney and Trump, the Utah senator was the only Senate Republican to break from the party and vote to convict Trump on abuse of power after the Senate impeachment trial.

How did Trump react to Romney’s self-quarantine? Did he disregard their long history of mutual enmity in order to present a united front to the country? Did he express any sympathy or concern? Are you freaking kidding me, we’re talking about the stable genius!

Trump couldn’t conceal his glee when a reporter informed him that Romney was in isolation at a coronavirus news conference. “Gee. That’s too bad”, replied the sorry excuse for the comforter-in-chief. The reporter asked Trump if he could “detect sarcasm” in his voice. “No,” the pathological liar answered. “None whatsoever.”

Romney is 73, and his wife, 70, has MS, and needless to say, they are especially vulnerable to the virus, and they need our sympathy and concern, and could do without sarcasm and hatred.

Catholic Church Forgives Sins of Those Stricken With Coronavirus! How Presumptuous!

The Catholic Church on Friday granted forgiveness — under certain conditions — for the sins of the faithful struck by the novel coronavirus.

A decree published by the Vatican also covers healthcare workers and those who pray for their wellbeing. Relatives who care for their sick family members may also be forgiven.

The conditions include the sick saying a certain number of prayers or following important celebrations from a distance.

American white evangelicals aren’t the only faithful who rely on thoughts, prayers and miracles to fight the coronavirus pandemic.

How presumptuous of the Catholic Church to forgive the sins of the faithful struck by the novel coronavirus. Who can forgive sins, but the Almighty? The Catholic Church, indeed no church, can forgive sins. Only the Almighty can forgive our transgressions.

What is the Catholic Church anyway, but a patriarchal and misogynist organization that doesn’t have a direct line to God. The prayers of the pope and two dollars won’t even buy you a cup of coffee at Starbucks, let alone forgive your sins or cure you of the virus.

Reciting a dozen Hail Marys won’t cure you of the common cold, let alone the coronavirus. And they are as efficacious as singing the Barney the dinosaur song in washing away your sins.

The Catholic Church should be concerned with asking God to forgive them for the sins of homophobia, misogyny and a clergy rampant with pedophiles.

During a pandemic only a madman will look to the church for guidance, only physicians, scientists and wise politicians (I know they are in short supply) can deliver us.

The Coronavirus Won’t Disappear Until Donald Trump Disappears

The coronavirus pandemic has exposed the cluelessness and fecklessness of Donald Trump. The American public doesn’t expect our president to be a rocket scientist or a brain surgeon, but they do expect him to have the humility and modicum of intelligence to defer to physicians and scientists during a pandemic. The president should serve as the comforter-in-charge by making frequent press conferences to demonstrate that he’s on top of the crisis, and the public doesn’t have to worry because he’s following the advice of his medical team.

Trump has utterly failed in his role as comforter-in chief and most Americans are scared to death with a racist buffoon in charge during a pandemic. Only his evangelical base is comforted by the contradictory statements and tweets emanating from the White House.

A con artist learns to speak the lexicon that appeals to his marks, and Trump is an expert speaking the language of evangelicals. During the beginning of the pandemic Trump insisted that the disease was contained and that it was not a threat. “It’s going to disappear”, he told the American public on February 28th. “One day it’s like a miracle, it will disappear.” These ignorant words were received gratefully by evangelicals who value faith over science and empirical facts.

Rational Americans know that the virus isn’t eradicated or slowed down by thoughts, prayers and miracles. Without practical measures to slow it down, covid-19 will continue to spread exponentially for months. The spread can be slowed down if we practice good hygiene, avoid public spaces and generally limit our movement.

This pandemic may last for many more months, it’s imperative that we kick the racist buffoon out of office in November. Joe Biden isn’t perfect by any means, but he isn’t a megalomaniac narcissist, and he can see us through this pandemic.

Trump Sparks Outrage by Calling Coronavirus the ‘Chinese Virus’

In a time of crisis Americans look to their president for words of comfort, consolation and confidence that there’s light at the end of the tunnel.

During a pandemic the president should defer to scientists and physicians to explain in detail how we should behave in order to survive.

At every step of the way Donald Trump has contradicted the medical experts that he chose as his team to deal with the coronavirus crisis. As a result, most Americans tune out the stable genius, and look to the experts for answers.

In this ill-advised tweet Trump is reassuring the corporations most affected by the coronavirus that he will support them, instead of reassuring a public terrified of the virus, and concerned about how they will pay the mortgage and buy food if they are unable to go to work. Trump cares more about Wall Street than he does about Main Street, and never mind the inner cities.

It is blatantly racist and xenophobic to label the coronavirus the “Chinese Virus”. It is implying that Chinese are genetically susceptible to viruses; this virus originated in China but it could have originated in Africa, Europe or America. The coronavirus isn’t a Chinese virus, it’s a worldwide virus that will be wiped out only if Chinese, Europeans, Arabs and Americans band together to confront their common enemy.

Trump is right in stating that we will be stronger together, but no thanks to the racism, misinformation and buffoonery emanating from his Twitter feed.

Trump Says He Tested Negative for the Coronavirus? Do You Believe Him?

President Donald Trump has tested negative for the coronavirus, according to a statement from the White House.

Trump took the test Friday after coming into recent contact with two individuals who have tested positive for the virus.

Remember, last year the White House physician declared the morbidly obese president with heart disease to be in “very good health” after he underwent a physical exam at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

After over three years and over 15,000 lies emanating from the White House, can we believe any statement released by the Trump administration?

I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump actually tested positive for the coronavirus, after all a 73-year old obese man with a pre-existing condition is susceptible to falling prey to viruses.

Trump is such a narcissist that he would be too embarrassed to admit that a “macho” man like him fell prey to the coronavirus, and he wouldn’t be concerned at all about infecting those around him.

It’s a sad state of affairs when we can’t trust the president in a time of crisis because he’s such a pathological liar.

Selfish and Stupid White Evangelicals Will Celebrate National Day of Prayer by Flocking to Churches to Pray Away the Coronavirus

White evangelicals have been practicing social distancing since time immemorial, they will cross over to the other side of the street if they see a stereotypically gay man approaching them. They don’t want to come within 60 yards, never mind six feet, from feminists, immigrants, gays and lesbians, and people of color.

But they don’t believe social distancing when it comes to each other. Evangelicals are making a pilgrimage to the movies to see Lionsgate’s Christian movie, “I Still Believe”, making it the number one movie in the country. The faithful believe prayer and Purell will protect them from the coronavirus.

Donald Trump, the stable genius, declared March 15, 2020 a National Day of Prayer and millions of white evangelicals will selfishly congregate in crowds of hundreds and thousands in churches, disregarding common sense and spreading the coronavirus.

The coronavirus is no respecter of persons, it infects atheists, Muslims, Jews and Christians of all stripes, especially when they congregate in confined spaces. Brandishing a giant Bible, speaking in tongues and being full of the Holy Ghost ain’t going to protect you from the coronavirus.

I won’t heed the call of the False Messiah, and I won’t be attending church this Sunday. Thoughts and prayers are ineffectual against viruses and bacteria, the best way to fight the coronavirus is by avoiding large crowds, abstaining from shaking hands, and washing your hands religiously.

Trump’s Response to the Coronavirus Pandemic is Criminally Negligent

Donald Trump is the most incompetent, ineffectual and clueless president in history and it comes as not surprise that he has botched his response to the coronavirus pandemic.

The stable genius default mode is to ignore an unpleasant reality, and at first, he ignored the coronavirus outbreak. After hundreds of thousands of people had returned from Wuhan, China, where the outbreak began Trump imposed limited travel restrictions on China.

After weeks of twiddling his thumbs on Twitter Trump finally appointed a coronavirus czar, the utterly unqualified Mike Pence, the same moron who botched the response to an HIV outbreak in Indiana when he was governor.

Trump believes he is an expert on every subject under the sun, he knows more about modern warfare than his generals and he knows more about addressing a pandemic than physicians and he’s not shy about sharing his knowledge on the subject. So, he spouts lies and nonsense such as coronavirus is no big deal, everyone who wants a test can get one and the virus has been contained.

Trump isn’t taking any special precautions himself and he continues to hold MAGA rallies, even though he is the poster boy, or should I say “poster old man” for the person must likely to succumb to the virus.

Trump’s response to the coronavirus pandemic has been pathetic and his foolish rhetoric is likely to cause his supporters not to take any precautions and that’s going to get a lot of people killed.

Coronavirus Prayer: MAGA Rally In an Empty Arena

Already soccer games have been played in Europe in empty stadiums due to concerns of the coronavirus, so it’s not unlikely that NBA games may be playing without fans and media in attendance.

It’s not just athletic contests, but any event that attracts huge crowds like concerts and lectures are in danger of being held without fans and media in attendance.

An NBA game without the noise and excitement of fans would be a sad spectacle, but a MAGA campaign rally without the racist chant of cultists encouraging the toxic rhetoric of their false Messiah wouldn’t be such a bad thing.

Imagine a Trump campaign rally that would be livestreamed without a live audience:

Trump is incapable of delivering a speech without exaggerating the size of the crowd. Trump would urge the folks watching his rally on the Internet not to believe their lying eyes and declare that the event was in danger of being shut down by Fire Marshalls because there were so many people in attendance.

Trump loves having reporters in attendance because they are the perfect foil, a MAGA rally without CNN reporters would be a dull affair.

The coronavirus has deleterious effects on the economy and social fabric of our country, but a MAGA rally without an audience would be a wonderful silver lining.
