Amy Klobuchar was stumped last week when asked by Telemundo if she could name the president of Mexico. ‘No,’ she said. Prompted with the same question, billionaire environmentalist Tom Steyer said, ‘I forget.’ Only Pete Buttigieg was able to name him.

The average person could be forgiven for being unable to name the president of Mexico. Klobuchar isn’t an average person, she’s a senator who’s running to be president of the United States. It’s unacceptable that she couldn’t name the president of Mexico, especially in an interview with Telemundo. You’d think she would have been properly prepped for the interview with the Spanish-language network by her staff.

At a CNN town hall in Las Vegas, Klobuchar tried to make amends by giving her greetings to President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, but the gringo incorrectly pronounced his first name as “Andre,”

Klobuchar ignorance exposes her disrespect for Mexico and Mexican-Americans, it’s no wonder that she has less than one percent support from the Hispanic population in the United States.

Mayor Pete Buttigieg whose name is mispronounced and misspelled by pundits and reporters on an almost daily basis, not only was able to name the president of Mexico, but he pronounced his name correctly.

As an Hispanic whose surname is routinely mispronounced and mangled, Mayor Pete has my respect and admiration, and most importantly he has my vote.

Rush Limbaugh’s Homophobic Comments About Mayor Pete

“They’re looking at Mayor Pete, 37-year-old gay guy, mayor of South Bend, loves to kiss his husband on the debate stage. And they’re saying, ‘OK, how’s this going to look, 37-year-old gay guy kissing his husband onstage next to Mr. Man Donald Trump? What’s going to happen there?’”

Last week controversial conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh drew bipartisan criticism when he suggested that America is “still not ready to elect a gay guy kissing his husband on the debate stage president.”

The 69-year-old conservative icon and longtime cigar smoker has been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer, and his days are numbered. You’d think an individual diagnosed with a terminal disease would be contemplative and concerned with his legacy, and consequently be very careful about the words that he speaks to his weekly audience of 20 million.

But Limbaugh has a decades long history of making homophobic, racist and misogynist comments, and his pending mortality isn’t enough to make him curb his worst instincts.

Dinosaurs like Limbaugh are dying out, witness the fact that many leading conservatives criticized his homophobic remarks. Even President Donald Trump disagreed with Limbaugh’s assessment. When asked by radio host Geraldo Rivera if Americans were ready to elect a gay man to be president he replied:

“I think there would be some that wouldn’t, but I wouldn’t be among that group, to be honest with you. … It doesn’t seem to be hurting Pete Buttigieg … very much.”

Let’s examine Limbaugh’s vile comments:

Limbaugh depicts Mayor Pete as an exhibitionist who loves to kiss his husband on the debate stage. Mayor Pete loves his husband, and he has every right to kiss him at home, or in public, though I’m not sure he has ever kissed him on the debate stage.

How’s it going to look? Very endearing that Mayor Pete has so much love and affection for his husband. That’s how it’s going to look. If only Trump would demonstrate affection for his wife.

Donald Trump, “Mr. Man”, really? Are we talking about Cadet Bone Spurs who was too cowardly to fight in Vietnam? Are you talking about the short-fingered vulgarian who is so insecure that he mocks and ridicules the physical appearance of his political rivals, including women? I’d rather have a beer with a real man like Pete Buttigieg, a veteran who has the courage to run as an openly gay presidential candidate, than with weak and insecure men like Limbaugh and Trump.

Hillary Clinton Should Endorse Mayor Pete

It’s not surprising that the septuagenarian pugilist Hillary wants a rematch with the notorious counter-puncher President Donald Trump, since his inauguration she has witnessed the stable genius trample the Constitution, declare war on the co-equal Legislative and Judicial branches of government, embrace dictators and disparage our allies, and stoke racial hatred in the homeland.

Hillary looks at our country in ruins and she naturally wants to restore comity, civility, and the rule of law. But she’s ran for president twice, and our democracy can’t afford for her to try again and strike out. She’s a deeply flawed candidate whose time has come and gone, and instead of contemplating yet another presidential run, she should mentor and support a younger candidate.

The leading contenders for the Democratic nomination are Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders, but they’re even older than she is and they’re not the answer. Hillary doesn’t seem to have a lot of respect for Biden and the rancor of the 2016 presidential nomination battle between Hillary and Bernie hasn’t healed, and there’s not a snowball’s chance in hell that she would support him.

I would suggest that Hillary consider supporting Mayor Pete Buttigieg, he’s intelligent, young, personable and a centrist in the mold of the Clintons. He’s also openly gay, and by supporting him she can make amends for failing to come out of the closet as a lesbian. I’m not going to bother enumerating the many reasons why I know she’s a lesbian, it couldn’t be any clearer if she wore a “Dykes on Bikes” T-shirt.

Hillary please, for once in your political life demonstrate some courage and endorse Mayor Pete. He is supremely qualified to be President of the United States, but he needs the endorsements of the elders in the Democratic Party in order to be considered more seriously by the electorate.

Donald Trump Says That He Dreams About Mayor Pete

“Donald Trump said this week that he dreams about out Democratic presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg — and Buttigieg finds that pretty unsettling.


‘I mean, you have Alfred E. Neuman who’s running, who’s like this guy?’ Trump said at a campaign rally in Hershey, Pa., Tuesday night. Neuman is the big-eared, grinning, goofy-looking mascot of Mad magazine. ‘This guy Buttigieg, Boot-edge-edge. Can you believe he’s doing well? He’s like the leading fundraiser. I dream about him! It’s true. No, Boot-edge-edge!'”

It’s a great compliment when lovers or friends tell you that they dream about you, it means that you’ve made such a positive impact on their lives and they trust you so much that you inhabit their minds when they’re in their most vulnerable state. It could be argued that when your lover tells you that she dreams about you, it means even more than when she declares that she loves you.

But it’s unsettling to say the least when a powerful and evil man tells you that he dreams about you. When a lover tells you that she dreams about you it’s a comforting and heartwarming thought, but when a corrupt and malevolent entity tells you that he dreams about you, it’s a threat.

Mayor Pete has my sympathies, I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if the stable genius publicly declared that he dreams about me. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist or a psychiatrist to deduce that the primal urges of sex and power dominate Trump’s dreams. Poor Pete is probably wondering if the physically hideous president is having wet dreams about him, or if he is dreaming about destroying him.

In an interview with the Washington Post Mayor Pete responded to Trump’s disturbing tweet:

“I will admit it did bother me when he says he dreams about me. I don’t know what goes on in this president’s dreams, but I’m sure I want absolutely nothing to do with them.”


I hope Trump’s nightmare comes true and Buttigieg wins the Democratic presidential race, the intelligent, articulate, spiritual and young Mayor of South Bend, Indiana would crush the idiotic, unintelligible, immoral and decrepit illegitimate President of the United States.

Mayor Pete’s Presidential Campaign Derailed by Pic of Him Eating a Cinnamon Roll Like a Chicken Wing

Pete Buttigieg has a splendid resume: he graduated magna cum laude from Harvard, served as an intelligence officer in Afghanistan, married family man, current mayor of South Bend, Indiana, a devout Christian, and a presidential candidate who’s made his faith an integral part of his campaign.

By the way he’s also a gay man who married the love of his life, Chasten Glezman. Mayor Pete has shattered the negative stereotypes and tropes of gay men being effeminate, godless, and hedonistic.

You never hear any credible political opponent assert that Buttigieg is unqualified to be president because of his sexual orientation. The first openly gay presidential candidate of a major party has a legitimate chance of winning the Democratic nomination.

At least he did until a photograph of Mayor Pete Buttigieg eating a cinnamon roll went viral on Twitter. The deeply disturbing images depicts him daintily cutting a cinnamon roll into pieces with a knife and then eating it like a chicken wing. Forgive my politically-incorrect expression, but that shit is so gay.

Real men, and the realness of a man has nothing to do with his sexuality, don’t eat quiche and they don’t eat a damn cinnamon roll like a chicken wing. If a man doesn’t know the proper etiquette for eating a cinnamon roll, how the hell can he be expected to run a country?

Franklin Graham Tells Mayor Pete to Repent, Not Flaunt Being Gay

“One of the country’s most well-known evangelical Christians, Franklin Graham, said Pete Buttigieg, an openly gay 2020 presidential candidate, should repent. Graham called homosexuality a ‘sin’ and ‘something to be repentant of, not something to be flaunted, praised or politicized,’ in a tweet Wednesday. ‘Mayor Buttigieg says he’s a gay Christian. As a Christian I believe the Bible which defines homosexuality as sin, something to be repentant of, not something to be flaunted, praised or politicized. The Bible says marriage is between a man & a woman—not two men, not two women,’ Graham, the president of the Billy Graham Evangelical Association, tweeted.”

Jesus Christ had volumes to say about the sins of pride, self-righteousness, greed and envy, but he didn’t have a single word to say about homosexuality.

The Old Testament prohibits many behaviors including wearing clothing made from mixed fabrics, letting your hair become unkempt, sleeping with another man’s slave ( I guess it’s kosher to sleep with your own slaves), getting tattoos, trimming your beard (lots of heathen millennials walking around), and men having sex with men and women having sex with women.

I don’t lose any sleep over my neighbors having unkempt hair, tattoos, or neatly trimmed beards, and I don’t give a rat’s as if they sleep with same sex partners. My duty as a Christian is to mind my own business, worry about the beam that’s in my eye, and show them the love of Christ.

The hypocrisy of Franklin Graham knows no bounds, he praises Donald Trump, who openly and brazenly flaunts the seven deadly sins, but goes ballistic over Pete Buttigieg because he’s a proud gay man.

Mayor Pete is a practicing Episcopalian who’s imbued with the Spirit of Christ, and his policies of universal health care, respect for immigrants, and support for welfare programs embody the teachings of Christ. Trump, on the other hand is the antitheses of everything Jesus taught.

Memo to Franklin Graham: A prophet should speak truth to power, you should be condemning Trump for demonizing immigrants, sexually assaulting women, marginalizing minorities and lying his fool head off.

Mayor Pete Buttigieg: A Gentleman and Scholar Imbued With the Spirit of Christ

“Presidential candidate and South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg said during his interview with USA Today that it is hard to look at the actions of President Donald Trump and think he believes in God.

`I`m reluctant to comment on another person`s faith, but I would say it is hard to look at this president`s actions and believe that they`re the actions of somebody who believes in God,` Buttigieg said.

`I just don`t understand how you can be as worshipful of your own self as he is and be prepared to humble yourself before God. I`ve never seen him humble himself before anyone. And the exaltation of yourself, especially a self that`s about wealth and power, could not be more at odds with at least my understanding of the teachings of the Christian faith,` he added.”

White evangelicals worship Donald Trump as the Messiah appointed by the Almighty to make America Great Again by restoring our nation to a time when Christianity ruled supreme, minorities knew their place, and women realized that their greatest contribution to society was having babies.

I certainly don`t view the short-fingered vulgarian as a Messiah or even a particularly religious person.

Politicians, especially during a campaign, consider commenting on another politician`s faith the third rail of politics.

But Mayor Pete, no fool, rushes in where angels fear to tread. He points out that the emperor isn`t wearing a stich of clothing, and certainly not a clerical collar. Mayor Pete is spot on, it`s hard to consider Trump`s racist comments, mean-spirited tweets, and evil policies, and come to the conclusion that he believes in God.

The essence of Christianity is to love God and to love your neighbor as you love yourself, and the Gospels elaborate that neighbors include social outcasts, the poor and strangers in the land (immigrants). Trump may love his neighbors who live in his tony zip code, but he expresses nothing but disdain and disgust for the working class and poor.

To be a Christian means to humble yourself before a deity who`s omnipotent and omniscient, and Trump a most imperfect man doesn`t humble himself before anyone or anything.

I don`t care for a politician who wears his religion on his sleeve, but by the same token liberals shouldn`t cede Christianity to white evangelicals.

White evangelicals pervert the teachings of the Bible and dedicate themselves to preaching against abortion and homosexuality. The Bible is silent on the subject of abortion, and Jesus didn`t have Jack to say about homosexuality.

I consider Mayor Pete`s humanitarian immigration policy, his health plan that benefits the poor and sick, and his gracious demeanor and I say to myself: Now there`s a real Christian.
