Former Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain has been hospitalized with COVID-19 less than two weeks after attending the disastrous Tulsa MAGA rally. Cain posted a photo on Twitter of himself at the ill-fated rally, seating shoulder-to-shoulder with other maskless morons.
Cain attended the rally in his capacity as the co-founder of “Black Voices for Trump.” That’s as insane as a Jewish person founding a group called, “Jewish Voices for Hitler.”
A spokesperson for the Uncle Tom described the 73-year-old as “resting comfortably” at an Atlanta-area hospital. Although Cain isn’t on a ventilator, nobody rests comfortably at a hospital.
Just hours before he was admitted to the hospital Cain sent a tweet promoting a Trump event in South Dakota where masks wouldn’t be mandatory.
“Masks will not be mandatory for the event, which will be attended by President Trump,” he said. “PEOPLE ARE FED UP!”
What people are fed up with are Uncle Toms who support a blatantly racist president who rejects science and refuses to wear a mask in public.
As Cain “rests comfortably” at the hospital I hope he contemplates his mortality and considers the wisdom of mocking those who wear a mask in the face of a pandemic. And I sure as hell hope he considers the morality of supporting a racist president.
